Backwoods flavors: find your favorite
There are more than 30 Backwoods flavors in rotation, so picking your next pack is half the fun. Every Backwoods cigar is a rustic natural leaf cigarillo, finished by hand, with a feathered tip and a mild, aromatic smoke. These are the flavored Backwoods our customers reorder most. Tap one to shop it.
Russian Cream
Smooth vanilla-cream sweetness over a mellow natural leaf. There's a reason it's the most-searched Backwood flavor.
Honey Berry
Bright berry softened with golden honey. It's the berry honey blend fans of fruity Backwoods keep reordering.
Honey
Classic Backwoods Honey is warm, sweet and easygoing. If you're new to flavored Backwoods, it's a good first pick.
Sweet Aromatic
The original Backwoods Sweet Aromatic. It's a lightly sweetened natural that smells great, and it's the one that started it all.
Grape
Bold, juicy grape Backwoods with a sweet finish. A limited favorite that sells out fast.
Banana
Creamy, ripe banana Backwoods. We also carry Bananas Foster if you want it caramelized like the dessert.
Flavor spotlight
Russian Cream Backwood: the cult classic
Ask a longtime smoker what to try and you'll hear it: Backwoods Russian Cream. It's the usual Backwoods natural-leaf wrapper with a creamy vanilla sweetness that's mellow on the lips and fills the room. It burns slow, holds its shape and finishes smooth. New buyers and regulars both treat it as the go-to Russian Cream backwood.
Russian Cream Backwoods are made in limited runs, so local shops often don't have them. We keep them stocked in 8 packs of 5, 10 packs of 3 and singles boxes of 24. You won't have to settle for your second choice.
All-natural leaf
True Wraps Backwoods: natural leaf wrappers
Backwoods True Wraps are whole-leaf, all-natural tobacco wrappers made by the same team behind Backwoods cigars. Each pack has five rustic leaves. They bend without cracking and burn evenly. You get the same texture smokers like in a Backwood blunt without unrolling a cigar first.
Choose from True Wraps Original, True Wraps Vanilla and True Wraps Aromatic, each sold in boxes of 16 packs of 5. Backwood wraps ship free like everything else in the store.

Backwoods 101
Backwood cigars explained
What are Backwoods?
Backwoods are rustic, all-natural cigarillos with a loose, feathered tip and an unrefined natural leaf wrapper. Unlike machine-pressed cigars, every Backwoods cigar has a slightly irregular, handmade look and a mild, sweet aroma. They are sold in resealable foil packs to keep the leaf moist and fresh.
Today the Backwoods line covers classic Sweet Aromatic and Honey, limited-edition flavors like Russian Cream and Grape, premium Select and Small Batch releases, and True Wraps natural leaf wrappers.
How to roll a Backwood
Many smokers buy Backwoods for the leaf itself. Rolling a Backwood blunt starts with gently moistening the wrapper, unrolling it carefully from the tip, filling it evenly and re-rolling it tight before sealing. The natural leaf is thick and forgiving. That's why the Backwood blunt is so popular, and it's why True Wraps exist as a ready-to-roll option.
Read the full step-by-step guide on how to roll a Backwood, learn more in What are Backwoods?, or shop True Wraps to skip the unrolling step.
FAQ
Backwoods Cigars FAQ
Are your Backwoods cigars authentic and fresh?
Yes. Every Backwoods cigar we sell is genuine, factory-sealed stock sourced through licensed US tobacco distribution and stored in a climate-controlled environment until it ships.
What are the most popular Backwoods flavors?
Russian Cream, Honey Berry, Honey, Sweet Aromatic, Grape and Banana are our best-selling Backwoods flavors. Dark Stout, Black Russian and Cognac XO are favorites with smokers who prefer a richer profile.
How much do Backwoods cost?
The Backwoods price depends on flavor and format. Cartons of 8 five-packs, 10 three-packs, singles boxes of 24 and 40-count boxes are all available, and larger formats give the best price per cigar. Current prices are listed on each product page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order ships free with tracking. We only ship to places where selling and delivering tobacco is legal. See our shipping policy for details.
How old do I have to be to buy Backwoods online?
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal minimum age in your location, if higher) to buy Backwoods cigars. The federal Tobacco 21 law applies to every tobacco sale in the US, so we verify age at checkout and an adult signature may be required on delivery.
What are Backwoods True Wraps?
True Wraps Backwoods are all-natural whole-leaf tobacco wrappers made by Backwoods. They come in packs of five in Original, Vanilla and Aromatic and are sold in boxes of 16 packs.
